Tours of the Boneyard at Pima Air Museum

A lifelong entrepreneur and businessman, Lew McGinnis has more than 50 years of experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Mr. McGinnis has made a priority of helping others. To that end, Lew McGinnia has donated money and time to individuals, schools, and hospitals and served as the director of a number of organizations, including the Pima Air Museum in Tucson, Arizona.

Opened to the public in 1976, the Pima Air Museum is one of the largest nongovernment-funded air and space museums in the world. Featuring more than 300 historical aircraft in five exhibit hangars, the museum is the exclusive operator of tours of the Boneyard, also known as the Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group Facility at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.
Established after World War II, the 2,600-acre Boneyard is the exclusive repository of out-of-service aircraft from all branches of the United States military and other federal agencies. The facility currently stores and maintains more than 4,000 aircraft. Tours of the Boneyard are conducted in climate-controlled motor coaches.
