The Pima Air and Space Museum's Night of Fright

Lew McGinnis

For more than five decades, Lew McGinnis has been in the real estate investment business, having invested in properties from the Midwest to Alaska. Also involved in charitable giving, Lew McGinnis has served or contributed to several organizations, including the Pima Air and Space Museum, where he formerly served as director.

Located in Tucson, Arizona, the Pima Air and Space Museum is a nongovernment-funded aviation and space museum with more than 300 historical aircraft. The museum also hosts a number of events throughout the year, such as the Night of Fright, which will take place on October 27, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This Halloween carnival event offers activities for the entire family, from trick-or-treating and eyeball mini-putt to a pumpkin beanbag toss and an airplane toss. Kids can also get temporary tattoos and participate in the coloring station or in ghost bowling.

The museum’s Flight Grill will turn into the Fright Grill for the event and feature Halloween-inspired dinners. After dark, families can visit the Main Hangar to view the aircraft and exhibits under ghoulish lights.
